    M. Davies called the meeting to order at 12:09 p.m.

    A. Presentation of The Chancellor's Award For Excellence In NuroCognition

    Mr. Kelly's work in the field of thought and distance made him the logical recipient for this year's Chancellor's Award. Mr Kelly said he is flattered to receive such and honor and has always done his best to embody the idea of S.E.R.V.E. in day-to-day life. Mr Kelly's girlfriend was unable to attend the presentation of the award because she was on a modeling shoot in Canada.

    This was a presentation only and no action was required.

    V. Discussion Regarding Paradoxes


    Mr. Davies presented Discussion Regarding Paradoxes.

    Mr. Davies said the paradoxes were worth discussing because the information yielded would come in handy for future generations of S.E.R.V.E. members. Ms. Munts contested this, saying that future generations of S.E.R.V.E. may actually be members of S.E.R.V.E. now because they have traveled back in time to seek membership. Mr. Bowmont seconded this argument.

    VI. Adjournment


    The Inner Circle adjourned the Meeting at 3:22 p.m.

May 15, 1997

We are rather proud to announce that we have been granted the use of a MX12 Cobra for one hour every month. We owe a great deal to the head of the University computer lab. As many of you know, The MX12 is well known as the smartest computer in the world. Our goal is to use logic to convince the computer to destroy itself.

MEMBERSHIP DOWN
April 8, 1997

We are pleased to announce that our membership is down .03% from last year at this time. Some may wonder why this is good news. S.E.R.V.E. is an exclusive community of like-thinkers and the fewer people we have, the better. It is our hope that next year we will be down an entire percentage point.

NEW HEADQUARTERS
February 24, 1997

We hope to be moving S.E.R.V.E. to a brand new headquarters by mid-September. We are currently in talks with a property management company and should be finalizing a deal very soon. More news when we hear it.
