Dustin Tarmanian - President

With over six years in the business, Dustin brings his expertise in the fields of marketing, business, and advertising to the halls of The Bavarian Group. 

In 2003, Dustin founded Internet Media, an interactive shop specializing in strategy, consulting, media buying, and creative development.  Internet Media served such clients as Hoyt Goods, Integral Systems, The Unicrom Association Group, and Corb Motors.  In 2004 Internet Media was purchased by Affiliated Partners Group. 

Jan Hoyt-Steiger - Creative Director

Jan has been creating new media for three and a half years and has loved every minute of it.  As Creative Director, Jan oversees Internet design, banners, user experience, and the art direction of every project that goes out the doors of The Bavarian Group.

Jan joined the company directly after graduating with honors from The Portfolio Store in St. Petersburg, Flordia where he worked on clients like Smiles Gum, Intermaverick, and The Helen Foundation.  Since then, he has been responsible for making impressive creative even better with his creative touch.

Jan likes to DJ in his spare time under the name DJ Jann.

Irene St Jerome - Technologist

Irene's 25 years in the technology business makes her the most qualified and one of the most experienced people in the company.  As the Bavarian Group's Technologist, Irene makes sure all of the sites and banners that are created will work properly and let every user have the most fulfilling experience possible. 

She specializes in several of the following: Cobol, Fortran, Y2K Compliance, PHP 3, Napster, Netscape Composer, DBase, WordPerfect, Java Applet-based navigation, HTML and News Tickers. 

Irene's office is decorated with pictures of her family and pets.
